Shroom and Gloom Release Date & Time: Early Access

Check when Shroom and Gloom entered Early Access, understand what is known about its unlock time, and separate that launch from the future version 1.0 release.

Is Shroom and Gloom out?

Yes. Steam lists September 10, 2026 as the Early Access release date. The paid game is available now; there is no remaining countdown to that launch. Check the platform guide if your real question is whether you can play on your device.

What time did it unlock?

The date and the exact unlock hour are different pieces of information. We have verified the date but do not have sufficient official evidence for a precise global unlock time. This page therefore does not turn an assumed Steam launch hour into a confirmed schedule.

If you are trying to play now, use the current store availability instead of an old countdown. If you are researching the historical launch, an exact time should include its time zone; a date alone cannot be converted into a reliable local unlock hour.

Was that the full 1.0 release?

No. Early Access and version 1.0 are separate milestones. The developers describe an intended Early Access period of 12–24 months, but that is a development estimate, not an announced calendar date for 1.0. We do not calculate a promised release day from that range.

Why do older pages still say coming soon?

A release announcement records what was planned when it was written. It may remain online after the game becomes available. Read the publication date before interpreting words such as tomorrow, next week or coming soon. A current purchase listing answers present availability more directly than an old announcement.

Also check which milestone the writer means. A Demo, an Early Access launch and a full release are different events. If a page discusses a console version, its date cannot automatically be applied to the computer game. The heading and platform matter as much as the date itself.

Play now or try it first

Choose the current Early Access game if you want the paid release as it exists today. Use the Demo if you want to try it before making that decision. Future development plans should not be treated as features you are buying today.
